Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To be fair to everyone, please review the following policy before booking your reading.

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: Receive a 100% refund.
• 12–24 hours before your appointment: Receive a 75% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before your appointment: Receive a 50% refund.

If you need to reschedule your reading:

• More than 12 hours before your appointment: Reschedule at no additional charge.
• Less than 12 hours before your appointment: A $10 rescheduling fee will apply.
