Some spaces hold more than walls and furniture. A business, studio, office, community space, or piece of land can carry the energy of the people and experiences that came before—and the intentions of those creating something new.

A Site Cleansing & Blessing is a personalized ritual designed to first clear stagnant, heavy, or unwanted energy from your space and then intentionally welcome the energy you want to cultivate there.

Whether you're opening a new business, moving into a new workspace, preparing land for a new purpose, reopening after a difficult chapter, or simply feeling that your space needs an energetic reset, we'll create a ritual centered around the site, the people who use it, and the purpose it serves.

What's Included

Your Site Cleansing & Blessing may include:

• Consultation about your site, its history, and your intentions

• Personalized cleansing and blessing ritual

• Cleansing of the physical space or property

• Intention setting for the site's purpose

• Blessing for protection, prosperity, creativity, community, peace, abundance, or other intentions meaningful to you

• Ritual tools and practices selected specifically for the space

Cleansings may incorporate smoke, sound, crystals, herbs, water, intention, and other ritual tools appropriate to the location. Smoke-free cleansing is always available when required by the property, fire regulations, allergies or respiratory sensitivities, or simply by preference.

Pricing

Site Cleansing & Blessing services start at $150.

Because every site is different, final pricing is based on the size and type of property, the areas being cleansed and blessed, the complexity of the requested ritual, and the time required on site.

Please contact me before purchasing this service so we can discuss your space and I can provide a quote.

Larger commercial spaces, extensive properties, multiple buildings, and large areas of land may require additional time and will be quoted individually.

Travel

Travel within 15 miles of North Bend, Washington is included.

Additional travel fees apply outside the local service area:

• 16–25 miles: $25

• 26–35 miles: $45

• Extended Western Washington service area: $75

My extended service area is generally bounded by Everett to the north, JBLM/Lakewood to the south, the Kitsap Peninsula to the west, and Snoqualmie Pass to the east.

Ferry fares, tolls, or other unusual travel expenses may be additional when applicable. Locations outside my normal Western Washington service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Travel fees are arranged separately and are not included in the service price.

Once we've determined the scope of your ritual and confirmed pricing, we'll arrange your appointment.
